• You are responsible for your account security.

Description of Service

• WHIC is a parent engagement platform.
• Parents submit daily observations about their child's school day.
• AI processes these inputs into conversation starters.
• Content is delivered daily at 6:07pm local time.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Do not submit content about other people's children without consent.
• Do not submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Do not attempt to identify other parents from anonymised data.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Content Guidelines

• Do not include children's full names in inputs.
• Do not include teacher or staff names.
• Do not share sensitive medical or personal information.
• Do not share information about bullying, injuries, or incidents (report these to the school directly).

WHIC reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

Intellectual Property

• The WHIC platform, brand, and technology are owned by WHIC Today.
• AI-generated content (conversation starters) is provided for personal family use.
• Users retain ownership of their own input text.

Limitation of Liability

• WHIC is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on WHIC content.
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid (if any).

Account Termination

• Users can delete their account at any time.
• WHIC may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon deletion, all personal data will be removed.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
• Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
